1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dd22 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dd22 online gaming platform, available at https://dd22.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality.

By creating an account on dd22, accessing any part of the platform, or participating in any gaming, sports betting, live casino or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. dd22 is an English-language online gaming information platform primarily serving users in Pakistan. All content, balances and transactional figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. dd22 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

3Account Eligibility

Access to and participation in dd22 platform services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all applicable criteria before registering an account or placing any wager:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts may not register an account.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the dd22 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not use this platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dd22 platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Account Only: You must register and operate an account exclusively in your own name and for your own personal use. Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a person who has self-excluded from any gambling platform or been excluded by a gambling regulator. If you have a known gambling problem, you must not register an account.

4Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on dd22, Users are required to complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following provisions apply:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. dd22 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: dd22 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when triggered by platform risk controls. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC) and proof of residential address.
• Account Suspension: dd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account that fails to complete required KYC verification, provides suspected false information, or is associated with any prohibited conduct described in these Terms.

5Terms of Use

By accessing the dd22 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following general terms of use apply to all registered Users:

• Personal Use Only: The platform and its services are provided for the personal, non-commercial entertainment use of registered Users only. Commercial exploitation, resale or redistribution of platform content or services is strictly prohibited.
• Game Rules: All gameplay, sports betting and live dealer activity is governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game or market. Users are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing wagers.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or software fault, dd22 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore affected balances to their pre-error state. No claims may be made in respect of wins produced by a demonstrable technical error.

• Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers and bonus amounts are denominated and displayed in PKR. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by the Operator and are subject to change.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

The following provisions govern all financial transactions conducted on the dd22 platform. Users must review these terms carefully before initiating any deposit or withdrawal:

• Deposit Methods: Available deposit methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. The inclusion of familiar local payment method names (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) is for contextual reference only and does not constitute confirmation that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Users must verify available methods directly on the platform.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the Cashier section. Deposits below the stated minimum may be declined or delayed.
• Own Funds Only: Users must only deposit funds belonging to them personally. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts or funds belonging to another person are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification, active wagering requirement completion, account standing review and operator processing. The withdrawal method must match the name on the registered account.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method, verification status and applicable operator procedures. No guaranteed processing timeframes are implied or warranted.
• Cryptocurrency Transactions: Where cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal options are available, Users acknowledge the volatile nature of cryptocurrency values, applicable network confirmation requirements and that dd22 does not confirm that cryptocurrency use is legal, available or supported in Pakistan. Users transact in cryptocurrency at their own risk.

7Bonuses & Promotions

dd22 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers or expiry timelines referenced on the dd22 platform (including on this website) are illustrative examples only, unless explicitly confirmed as live, active promotions. Always verify current promotion terms directly on the platform before depositing.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games contribution rates and time limits are stated in individual promotion terms. Users must fulfil wagering requirements in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• One Bonus Per Person: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: dd22 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove bonus-derived winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. The Operator's determination in such cases is final.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings that are not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the User's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: dd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd22 platform. Users found to have engaged in any of the following may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or under the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or not legally accessible.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage or generate winnings not genuinely earned.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine human play.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the dd22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, images, sounds and trademarks — is the property of dd22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, creation of derivative works from, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written authorisation from dd22 is strictly prohibited.
• The dd22 brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd22 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling activity, including all wagers placed on sports betting, live casino, slots or any other gaming product on the platform.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any losses, legal consequences or regulatory sanctions arising from a User's breach of applicable local law in accessing or using the platform.
• Inaccuracies in odds, statistics or market data where such inaccuracies are the result of third-party data feed errors.

11Responsible Gambling

dd22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform principle. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights in this regard:

• Adults Only: The platform is strictly accessible to adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. dd22 implements verification procedures to prevent underage access.
• Player Controls: All registered Users have access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and cooling-off periods via their account settings. These tools are provided to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to restrict their access to the platform may apply for self-exclusion for a defined period or on an indefinite basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible.

12Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the dd22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account before the changes take effect.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions in a User's local jurisdiction require otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, imposes restrictions on gambling activities. Nothing in these Terms overrides or supersedes applicable Pakistani law as it applies to Users located in Pakistan. dd22 does not claim that these Terms render online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users must seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their legal position.
